Grace Chinese Christian Church Mandarin Language Congregation Hurstville is looking for a Pastor to nurture the Congregation.


Although the candidate is mainly to serve the Hurstville Mandarin congregation of the church, from time to time, the candidate may need to serve other Chinese congregations of the church, if reasonable requested by the Ministerial Team and the Board of Elders, or in the absence of Board of Elders, the Board of Deacons

Selection Criteria:

The applicant should have the following qualifications:


  • be agreeable to the church’s constitution including the doctrinal statement,

  • be a graduate of a recognized Bible or theological college or a student in the final year,

  • be committed to Bible-centered faith, preaching and teaching.

  • fluent in Mandarin and English

  • holder of Australian passport or Permanent Residence

  • holder of NSW Driving License


  • be able to lead a congregation of multi-cultural background,

  • be able to communicate with, lead and care for the members in the congregation in their spiritual needs and development,

  • be a proactive and positive team player.
